Our main public offer is a two day practical productivity improvement training course. We offer this as either ‘on-site’ training that is specific to your organisation or ‘open’ courses where up to 12 delegates from different sectors attend.
The facilitator is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with an MBA and experience of implementing rapid improvement activity across a number of Industry sectors.
Over 2 days learn a set of practical tools and techniques that are proven to help increase productivity and reduce unnecessary costs.
Content includes:
- Understanding your key processes
- Identifying your main drivers of cost
- Tools to identify and reduce waste and unnecessary costs
- Process improvement tools
- Practical action planning
Cost:
Onsite specific training (2 full days) to your organisation and tailored to your industry – £1200 (using your office facilities)
Open courses – Individual delegate rates for courses held on specific dates at a central UK/European venue (with lunch and refreshments included) – £195 (never more than 12 delegates at a time)
